In “My Portfolio” within the client portal, select the provider and click either “Suspend” or “Unsubscribe” from the “Action” menu.
If you choose Suspend, new trades will no longer be copied, but existing positions will remain and be closed when the provider closes them.
You can also manually close the positions yourself.- If you choose Unsubscribe, you will be prompted to either immediately close all open positions or retain and manually manage them.
