Updating Personal Information
To update your registered personal details such as name, address, or phone number, please contact us from your registered email address at customer.service@myfxmarkets.com
If you wish to update your name or address, please prepare the following documents:
Required Documents
Proof of Identity (must be valid and include a photo)
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Individual Number Card
*Non-Japanese nationals residing in Japan are required to provide their Residence Card.
Proof of Address (issued within the last 3 months)
- Utility Bill (electricity, gas, water)
- Bank Statement
- Residence Certificate
- Tax Notice or Government-issued Document
- General mail correspondence
*The document image must clearly show the name, address, and date of issue within the last 3 months.
Note: The name and address must match the information provided during registration.
Health insurance cards are not eligible for verification
If you are requesting a name change due to marriage or other legal reasons, please submit a valid identification document showing your new surname.
