If you do not plan to use your MAM/PAMM account in the future:
Please log in to your Client Office and go to “Account” → “Account Information”, then click “Exit from Strategy” next to the MAM/PAMM account you wish to leave.
Clicking “Exit from Strategy” will notify the account manager of your withdrawal request.
Once the manager completes the withdrawal process, your funds will be transferred to your Vault
After the funds have been moved to your, please go to “Vault” in your Client Office and submit a Withdrawal Request or a Fund Transfer Request to move your funds to another account.
If you wish to temporarily stop using your MAM/PAMM account (with the possibility of resuming later):
Please log in to your Client Office and go to “Payments” → “Withdrawal” → “Withdrawal from MAM/PAMM Account” and submit a Full Withdrawal Request.
Be sure to select “All” as the withdrawal type.
Once the manager completes the withdrawal process, your funds will be transferred to your Vault.
After the funds have been moved to your Vault, please go to “Vault” in your Client Office and submit a Withdrawal Request or a Fund Transfer Request to move your funds to another account.
