You can submit a withdrawal request from the “Payments” → “Withdraw” section within your Client Office.
As a general rule, please select the same withdrawal method used for your deposit.
The name on the withdrawal destination account must match the name registered with us.
Special Notes: If you deposit via Apple Pay / Google Pay or Neteller / Skrill, your withdrawal will be processed via international bank transfer.
