＜Deposit & Withdrawal Processing Time＞
・Deposits
Deposits are normally completed within the processing time shown for each deposit method.
However, if there is any issue with your request or additional verification is required, processing may take longer than usual.
・Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that after your withdrawal has been processed, it may take additional time for the funds to reach your account, depending on the withdrawal method.
