Once 2FA is enabled, you will be required to enter a verification code generated by an authenticator app when logging in and submitting withdrawal requests. This additional layer of security helps reduce the risk of unauthorized access and withdrawals, providing greater protection for your account.
If you would like to enable 2FA, please follow the instructions below.
【Preparing an Authenticator App】
To set up 2FA, you will need a smartphone or tablet. If you do not already have an authenticator app installed, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, please download one from the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android) before proceeding.
・Google Authenticator
iOS: Download from the App Store
Android: Download from Google Play
・Microsoft Authenticator
iOS: Download from the App Store
Android: Download from Google Play
【How to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication】
1. Log in to the Client Office, then access the 2FA setup page either from the 2FA pop-up message or from the Setting page. Send a 2FA setup email to your registered email address.
2. Click the “Set Up 2FA” button in the email to open the setup page.
3. Use the setup key or QR code displayed on the setup page to add your account to your authenticator app. (STEP 1)
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code displayed in your authenticator app on the setup page. (STEP 2)
5. Once the setup is complete, a recovery key will be displayed. The recovery key is required when disabling or resetting 2FA, so please make sure to store it in a secure location. (STEP 3)
*Once 2FA has been enabled, it will be required from your next login. If you select “Trust this device for 30 days” on the verification code screen, you will not be required to enter a verification code when logging in from that device for the next 30 days.
