MT4 accounts may be classified as dormant if there is no activity for a certain period.
Before Transition to Archived Status:
・Clients with applicable MT4 accounts will receive a notification email prior to the transition.
・If you wish to continue using your account as a live account, please log in to the specified MT4 account via the MT4 platform before the transition date indicated in the notification email.
・After the account is transitioned to archived status, you can still view your trading history via the Client Office. However, if you wish to retain a copy, please download your trading history from MT4 before the transition.
After Transition to Archived Status:
・The account status will be displayed as “Archived” in the Client Office.
・If you wish to reactivate your archived account, click "Recovery Request” in the account details section of the Client Office. The account will then be restored to live status.
・To withdraw funds or transfer funds between accounts from an archived account, you must first reactivate the account via the reactivation request. Once reactivated, you may proceed with withdrawals or transfers as usual through the Client Office.
・Trading history for archived accounts can be downloaded as a CSV file from the Client Office.
・There are no maintenance fees for either live or archived accounts.
・Your MYFX Markets Client Office account remains active, so there is no need to create a new account when resuming use.
