MT5 accounts may be classified as Archived if there is no login or activity for a certain period.
Before Transition to Archived Status
Clients with applicable MT5 accounts will receive an advance notification email before the account is transitioned to archived status.
If you make a deposit or execute a trade after receiving the email, your account will remain active and will not be transitioned to archived status.
After Transition to Archived Status
・Once archived, the account will be shown in the “Archive” tab of the Trading Account List in the Client Office.
・If you wish to reactivate your archived account, click “Recovery Request” from the Client Office Home page by clicking the menu in the top-right corner of each trading account card.
・If your archived account has funds, you may still withdraw or transfer funds between accounts via the Client Office as usual.
・There are no maintenance fees for either live or archived accounts.
・Your MYFX Markets Client Office account remains active, so there is no need to create a new account when resuming use.
