To withdraw or transfer funds from your MAM/PAMM account, please follow the steps below:
1.Submit a withdrawal request Log in to your client Office and go to “Payments” → “Withdrawal from MAM/PAMM Account.”
※ In Step 1, you’ll be asked to answer your secret question. Once completed, you’ll proceed to Step 2.
2.Request is forwarded to the account manager Your withdrawal request will be submitted to the account manager, who will initiate the transfer from your MAM/PAMM account to your Vault ※ Withdrawals are processed at the manager’s discretion. If there are open positions, the withdrawal may be delayed until they are closed.
3.Funds are transferred to your Vault
Once the manager completes the transfer, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After that, you can submit a standard withdrawal or fund transfer request from your client Office.
Go to “Payments” → “Withdrawal from Trading Account,” select your preferred withdrawal method, and choose “Vault” as the account.
You can check the status of your withdrawal request by going to “Payments” → “History” → “Withdrawal” in your client Office.
