The Daily Confirmation report is sent on the day following any activity that affects your account balance, such as deposits, withdrawals, or trading. No report will be sent on days when there is no change in balance or trading activity.
If you had traded activity or a balance change but did not receive the Daily Confirmation report:
Please check your Spam or Promotions folder to ensure the email was not filtered.
If the email is still missing, contact Customer Support and provide:
・Your account number
・The date(s) on which the report was not delivered
You can also extract the report manually using the desktop version of MT4 or MT5.
