To improve performance on our US07 server, we archive trading history approximately once every six months.
〈What Is Archiving? 〉
Archiving compresses detailed trade records into a single summary line. This process frees up server memory and enhances overall system performance.
Example: If you had 20 trades in April 2024, instead of displaying each trade individually, the system will show a single line summarizing the total profit or loss for those 20 trades.
Archived entries are marked with a comment such as: “ArchivedXXXXXXXX-XXXX” This label appears in the MT4 trade history, Daily Confirmation, and Monthly Statement, indicating the summarized profit/loss for the relevant year and month.
〈Important Notes〉
Do not include archived entries in your profit/loss calculations for the date they were processed. For example, if an archived entry appears dated April 19, it may represent trades from 2022, not April 2025.
Always verify the actual period covered by the archive before using it for reporting or tax purposes.

If you need a copy of the detailed trade history that has been archived, we can retrieve it from our backup server.
